The Rabbit R1 is the most affordable way to try a dedicated AI gadget. Its Large Action Model promises to operate apps on your behalf, and voice answers come back quickly. The design by Teenage Engineering makes it genuinely fun to carry.
In day-to-day use it works best as a voice-first assistant and vision tool: point the camera at an object and ask questions. The app-control vision is still maturing, so buy it for what it does today, not the roadmap.
